The Criminal Defence Department is headed by partner, Steve Morris, We have 30 years experience covering all aspects of Criminal Law defending Clients and providing advice from arrest to the conclusion of the case.

Our Criminal Defence team have experience in handling a full range of cases ranging from motoring, fraud, major drug cases, conspiracies, murder and related matters.

We offer free representation at the Police Station 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. You must always insist upon your rights if detained at a Police Station and should always ask for a Solicitor. Representation for interview will always be conducted by an Accredited Solicitor or Legal Representative.

Our criminal defence solicitors are qualified members of the duty solicitor schemes that are regulated by the Legal Services Commission (LSC) and can provide services on a private or legal aid basis depending on individual’s circumstances.
