About Us

Here at Dodds, we are a comprehensive solicitor’s firm specialising in a huge variety of legal issues and covering a wide spectrum of cases, including family matters and mediation, relationship breakdowns, motoring offences, conveyancing, criminal defence and personal injury.

We have contracts with the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) and the Lexcel Practice Management Standard accreditation by the Law Society of England and Wales, which means we can offer access to public funding for those who qualify, allowing us to provide both private and legal aid work.

Equality & Diversity Statement

The firm is made up of both male and female staff of varying ages, religious beliefs and ethnic backgrounds. The social economic background makeup of the staff is varied, with some having attended state schools and some having attended independent/fee paying schools. Some staff have been to university and some members of staff have caring responsibilities for family members with long-term illness.

Based in the centre of Leicester, we ensure a convenient location for all our visiting clients. With a dedicated workforce of over 40 employees, we have more than 30 years of experience and, over this time, have built up a wealth of knowledge when helping people with all their personal legal problems.

Our team are all specialists within their fields, allowing us to offer the highest possible quality service, and each of our departments is headed up by reputable professionals with a wealth of experience.

Complaints Procedure

For further information or if you want to make a formal complaint, then you can read our full complaints procedure here. In our procedure, we explain how we will handle a formal complaint.
