The Partners and Staff are pleased to announce that Dodds Solicitors LLP has been awarded Lexcel Practice Management Standard accreditation by the Law Society of England and Wales.
So what does this mean to our clients?
Lexcel is the legal practice quality mark in practice management and client care. It shows that we have plans and procedures in place for every area of the practice, in particular: –
- Structure and strategy;
- Financial management;
- Information management;
- People management;
- Risk management;
- Client care; and
- File case management.
Our clients can be assured that the accreditation shows that our client service will be consistent across the firm, irrelevant of which department you use and as a result our clients will be more satisfied.
We are audited every year by the Law Society to ensure that we are continuing to attain the Lexcel standard so our clients know that we are always up to date.

Steve continues, “Attaining the Lexcel accreditation is no easy feat. A lot of time is invested on an ongoing basis by the Partners and Staff to ensure that our plans, policies and procedures are in place and up to date. In particular, we require our staff to be committed to following and delivering the policies and procedures and without that commitment, we wouldn’t be able to proudly display the Lexcel accreditation.”
